Proverbs 17:22

[22]A merry heart doeth good like a medicine: but a broken spirit drieth the bones.

This phrase popped in my mind;

"LAUGHTER IS A GOOD MEDICINE"

Sometimes we forget to smile or become a little bit jolly for a while, due to overwhelming problem condition we have, and giving us stress. But don't you think that the only way to escape stress is to be happy and enjoy what ever good you doing.

We all know that everybody is experiencing same trials or test but yes in different degree in some area and for some individual. And for sure it's too hard to enjoy for someone who have too many struggle. But if we don't do and accept it with joy and positive mind, we are in great trouble. Why?

Proverbs 17:22b

A cheerful heart is good medicine; BUT A CRUSHED SPIRIT DRIES UP THE BONE.

It will dries up our bone. Now I understand why some people who are in this scenario is too difficult to stand and fight. Because they are worried and afraid that may fall.

Jesus said;

Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life?

I would answer no one.

Our bone stand as foundation of our physical body. If the foundation is weak the whole structure can not stand still.

So, what then? Stop worrying and heal your broken spirit with joy that your may lighten up as what written in proverbs 15:30

"Cheerful look brings joy to the heart, and good news gives health to the bones.

So be Joyful and positive for it is good for our heart and Bones. That is God through apostle Paul said to Philippians 4:4 "Rejoice in the Lord always. I will say again rejoice!

In the Lord we rejoice it means we should stay on God and His word for if we do.

John 15:7

If you remain in me and my words remain in you, ask whatever you wish, and it will be given you.

Have joy...be positive and stay with God side.

God bless you.
